In the innovative practice of villa lighting design, the Banff BF-530RT light tube lighting system has demonstrated excellent performance. A total of two sets of the system are used in this project, each system is carefully combined by 3.8 meters of straight pipe and a 60-degree elbow, to build a precise lighting transmission path from outdoor to indoor.

After in-depth analysis of the overall structure of the villa and the direction of light and repeated optimization of the scheme, the light collector was finally selected to be cleverly placed in the glass canopy of the exterior wall of the second floor. This position became the ideal choice for collecting natural light with its wide vision and good lighting Angle. After the light is efficiently collected, it is reliably and efficiently transmitted to the basement floor through a 3.8 meter straight pipe. In the room, the 60-degree elbow precisely adjusts the scattering direction of light according to the optical principle, so that the natural light entering the room is evenly and gently spread to all corners, successfully creating a bright, comfortable and natural indoor light environment.

The successful installation of the light tube lighting system has brought significant improvement. Since then, the basement has bid farewell to the dark history, and the long-term problem of damp mold can be completely solved, no longer rely on continuous operation of dehumidification equipment, not only reduces energy consumption, but more importantly, creates a healthy and pleasant underground space for the occupants, fundamentally improves the living quality and living comfort of the villa, and becomes a successful model of modern villa lighting design.
